The Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing and implementing key financial and operational functions for Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in support of the organizations mission. This hybrid position will handle financial and operational administration, including performing bookkeeping functions, processing membership dues and maintaining membership records, and managing banking transactions, office functions, and event logistics. The Operations Associate will also serve as the liaison between FFTA staff and contracted financial and technology providers. The Operations Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and membership records, producing draft financial statements, and managing office functions. Additionally, the Associate will assist with special projects to optimize operational efficiency.
